The Human Resource Consulting Process

Employee Handbook Guidance

Our team of human resources experts will create an employee handbook based on REDW’s attorney-approved template that is compliant with applicable Federal and State employment laws (based upon organizational size) as well as follows HR best practices to drive a workplace culture with the right balance of structure and accountability that is aligned with your mission, vision, and values. 
 
The handbook will be semi-customized to match your unique workplace policies and practices with information gathered in our employee handbook questionnaire, including a welcome letter, holidays, PTO/sick leave, health/dental/life/voluntary benefits offerings, appearance requirements, licensure/continuing education requirements, safety/security information, and contact information. 
 
We can provide you with recommendations for provisions to include an employee handbook based on REDW’s aforementioned template.  Depending on the complexity of the organization, 20 to 40 hours may be utilized in developing a handbook. A final deliverable will be provided after one round of edits. Any additional rounds of edits will be billed hourly.
